By downloading, installing, or using GreenCrew (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including business owners, managers, crew leaders, and workers.
GreenCrew is a business management application designed for landscaping companies. It provides tools for scheduling jobs, managing crews, tracking time and attendance via GPS, creating invoices and quotes, and managing client relationships.
To use GreenCrew, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring that all users added to your account comply with these Terms • Providing accurate and complete information You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
GreenCrew offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) • Payments are processed securely through Stripe • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period Lifetime plans are a one-time payment granting perpetual access as long as GreenCrew operates.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. After 7 days, all payments are final and non-refundable, no exceptions. To request a refund within the 7-day window, contact us at support@navarro.tech with your account email and payment details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle after the 7-day window has passed.
You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Share your account access with unauthorized individuals outside your organization • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others • Misrepresent your identity or business information
GreenCrew uses GPS location data for crew check-in/check-out features. By enabling location features, you consent to the collection of location data at check-in/check-out moments. You are responsible for informing your employees that the App collects location data and obtaining any necessary consents under applicable labor or privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GreenCrew (photos, client data, job notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant GreenCrew a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
Your use of GreenCrew is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We handle your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at greencrew.app/privacy.
GreenCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free • All features will be available at all times • Data loss will never occur (we recommend regular data exports) We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on information in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenCrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to the App will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
