We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information when you register for GreenCrew. We also collect information about your use of the app, including job records, client data, crew assignments, photos taken within the app, GPS check-in/check-out coordinates, and device information.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve GreenCrew services • Process payments and manage your subscription • Send operational notifications (job reminders, billing alerts) • Enable GPS check-in/check-out for crew time tracking • Generate invoices, quotes, and reports for your business • Respond to your support requests • Comply with legal obligations
GreenCrew collects GPS location data when crew members check in or check out of a job. Location is only collected at the moment of check-in/check-out and is not tracked continuously. Location data is stored securely and only accessible to the business owner and authorized managers within your account.
The app may request access to your device camera to upload before/after job photos and receipt images. Photos are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to users within your GreenCrew account. We do not share your photos with third parties.
We do NOT sell your personal information. We do NOT rent or lease your data to third parties. We do NOT share your data for advertising or marketing purposes. We do NOT trade your data for any benefit. Your business data (clients, jobs, crews, photos, GPS, financials) belongs to you and is never shared outside your account. The only exceptions where we may share data are: • Payment processors (Stripe) to handle subscription billing — only what is strictly necessary • Cloud infrastructure providers that securely host our services • Legal authorities when required by applicable law or court order All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements. We never sell, monetize, or barter user data under any circumstances.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel and account holders only.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

GreenCrew is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
